- We accommodate only 2 guests per room.However, extra bed for children can be provided on request which would be chargeable as per the terms and conditions at the property.
- Any guests above the age of 5 years to 11 years will be considered as an extra occupant in child category and would be subjected to extra charge per head.
- Any guests who has attained the age of 12 years or above would be considered as an extra occupant in the regular category and would be subjected to extra charge per head accordingly.
- Any discrepancy in the payments or any bookings would be subject to clarifications on call or at the property
- Any cancellations/ changes would be dealt with as per hotel’s policies
- Any changes in the bookings, cancellations would be dealt at the sole discretion of hotel authorities in this regard
- Any cancellations or refunds would only be made if intimated to the hotel prior to 48 hours of booking post which one night amount would be charged and in any other cases hotel reserves sole discretion in deciding the cancellations or any such charges applicable.
